Privacy
We built Momentari for teams that care about control, traceability, and practical security. This page explains how we handle privacy on the marketing site and in pre-sales conversations.
Last updated: April 9, 2026.
What we collect
If you contact us, we collect what you provide directly, usually name, work email, team size, and message details. We also collect limited technical data needed to operate the site, such as request logs and basic usage telemetry.
How we use it
- Respond to inquiries and provide product guidance.
- Improve onboarding, documentation, and support workflows.
- Monitor reliability, investigate abuse, and keep systems secure.
How we share data
We do not sell your information. We may use infrastructure or service providers to run hosting, monitoring, and communications, but only for business operations and under confidentiality obligations.
Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry and operational records for as long as needed for support, compliance, and security reviews, then remove or anonymize when they are no longer needed. You can request deletion of inquiry data by contacting us.
Security approach
Our default posture is practical and conservative: encrypted transport, access controls, least-privilege operations, and audit-friendly logging for important actions. No software is risk-free, but we prioritize reducing avoidable risk.
Scope note
This page covers the public marketing site and inquiry handling. Customers using the product may have additional privacy and data processing terms in their service agreement.
