Pricing

Simple pricing for compliant timekeeping.

One plan. All features. You pay for people who actually use Momentari that month, not every dormant account your org forgot to delete.

No feature gating No role-based upcharge All features included

Monthly total = $49 + ($2 x max(0, active users - 10)). That is the whole trick.

One plan, not three weird tiers

Momentari

$49 / month

Includes up to 10 active users each billing month.

  • All features included
  • Employee, Approver, and Admin access
  • Timesheet review and approvals
  • Project and customer tracking
  • Additional active users: $2 per user per month

Annual billing: $490/year

Annual billing prepays the base subscription for 12 months. If you go over 10 active users in a given month, overages are billed monthly at $2 per additional active user for that month.

Monthly billing

Pay $49 per month for up to 10 active users. If 14 people are active, your total is $57. Nothing is hidden behind a fancier plan name.

Annual billing

Pay $490 once for the annual base subscription. You still get up to 10 active users each month, and only monthly overages vary.

What you are not paying for

We do not charge extra because someone has an admin role, because an old employee record still exists, or because you invited a user who never did anything.

What does that look like in practice?

Example math helps. Pricing should not require a whiteboard and an emergency finance meeting.

Monthly pricing examples

The effective per-user rate drops as your team grows, because the base plan covers the first 10 active users.

Active users Monthly total Effective per user
6 $49 $8.17 / user / month
10 $49 $4.90 / user / month
18 $65 $3.61 / user / month
32 $93 $2.91 / user / month
60 $149 $2.48 / user / month

Annual billing examples

Annual billing prepays the base subscription. Only the monthly overage changes if you exceed 10 active users in a given month.

Month Active users Monthly overage
May 8 $0
June 14 $8
July 10 $0
August 22 $24

What counts as an active user?

An active user is anyone who performs qualifying timekeeping work during the billing month. A user counts once for the month, not once per click.

  • Log time
  • Edit a time entry
  • Submit a timesheet
  • Approve or reject time
  • Perform timekeeping-related company administration

What does not count by itself?

These do not make someone billable on their own:

  • Being invited but never using the product
  • Staying in the system for history or records
  • Being deactivated or archived without qualifying activity that month

If someone was active earlier in the month and later gets archived or deactivated, they still count for that month. History stays intact, but the bill does not keep haunting you forever.
